Hi everyone! I hope you’re doing well today and enjoying the cold weather outside! Today I’m sharing with you my absolute favorite makeup/beauty brands and why I love them so much. There are so many brands to choose from these days, but these brands have honestly blown me away time and time again. Go ahead and keep on reading to find out what they are!

 

5. Pixi by Petra

Pixi is a brand that I haven’t tried a whole lot from, however everything I have tried I have fallen in love with. Their Glow Tonic is a must-have in my skincare routine, and their Glowy Duo Highlighters are completely blinding! The only reason I have yet to try more is because they can be a little more expensive for being a drugstore brand, but still definitely cheaper than most high-end brands.

 

4. Tarte

Tarte for me is like that insanely cute guy that you talk to every once in a while, but every time you do you just want to sing and dance around for hours. I love their eyeshadow formulas so much, and their Tartelette Toasted palette is one of my top five favorite eyeshadow palettes ever.  Also, who can resist the Tarte Shape Tape? That concealer alone is enough to put Tarte in everyone’s favorite makeup brands.

 

3. L’Oréal

When it comes to drugstore, L’Oréal is my guy. Their Pro Glow Foundation is my all-time favorite drugstore foundation, their Lash Paradise Mascara is amazing, and their eyebrow pencil is the only one I use. Overall, if I had to choose one drugstore makeup brand then it would be L’Oréal for sure.

 

2. Colourpop

I honestly don’t even know where to begin with Colourpop. This brand is super affordable, their packaging is insanely beautiful, and their formulas are amazing! I absolutely love their eyeshadow palettes and their lip products, and I own many of each. They aren’t afraid to add a little color and sparkle to your makeup collection, and for that I am eternally grateful.

 

1. It Cosmetics

I cannot explain to you how happy my heart gets when I think about It Cosmetics. Okay, so story time: I have struggled my whole life with making my makeup look flawless. For some people makeup seems to just work on their skin with no issues, but for me it’s always been a struggle to keep things from separating almost immediately after putting it on. I have been wearing makeup for nine years, and this is the first brand where every single product I’ve tried has changed my life. I am not exaggerating you guys! If you have dry skin and you want your skin to look even and glowy and perfect, you need to get their Your Skin But Better CC+ Cream. It’s my ultimate ride or die, and the only setback is that they need to add more shades to their line.

Other products from them that I use daily and cannot live without are their Superhero Mascara, Confidence in a Cream Moisturizer, and Bye Bye Pores Translucent Setting Powder. I am not sponsored by It Cosmetics but if the opportunity ever came up then I would grab onto it and never let go, because that is how much I love this brand!
